Action of the week: Start a Simple Morning Routine

This week I encourage you to create a simple morning routine to set the tone for your day. Some ideas for you:

  • Hydrate: Bring your morning with a glass of water to rehydrate your body after sleep and kickstart your metabolism.

  • Stretch or Breathe:  Take 2-5 minutes to gently stretch or practice deep breathing to release tension and set a calm, centered tone for the day.

  • Gratitude: Reflect on one thing you’re grateful for, shifting your mindset toward positivity and setting an intention for the day ahead.
