That’s why I’ve created a holistic approach that integrates nutrition, fitness, sleep, and stress management to help you achieve lasting, meaningful change.
My Story
Oh hi, Darc here! Since early childhood I have been passionate about health and fitness and recently that passion turned into an obsessive quest to educate myself on nutrition and the science behind how to optimize our health.
Growing up I was very active. If I wasn’t choreographing the next dance for dance team or teaching aspiring dancers at the dance studio, you would find me running or hanging out in the weight room. Running, whether sprinting on the track or logging the miles on the trails has always been a place of mental peace for me. My desire to always be healthy and active continued with me after high school. I was able to turn my love for running into a scholarship where I ran collegially at the University of Midland. Unfortunately, my career was cut short by an episode of Bell’s Palsy and Optic Neuritis. The doctors said the stress of college, track and the dance team had taken a toll on my health, and I needed to step away and focus on my mental wellbeing.
Through my 20’s and 30’s I continued to make health-conscious decisions hoping it would keep me away from anymore reoccurring illnesses.
The reality was every few years I would have some Neurological set back with no concrete reason why. In late 2023, after a bad episode, I reached out to my Neurologist trying again to get an answer. After an MRI and Lumbar Puncture, we were still at an inconclusive result; however, it did show substantial breakdown of my Mylein sheath which can be an early indication of MS (Multiple Sclerosis). I was urged to start a medication to help with my neuropathy pain and follow up as new symptoms arose. I wasn’t happy with that answer and became determined to figure out how I could regain control of my health.
I have been steadfast in my pursuit of knowledge on how our body functions at a cellular level. Along the way I have been astonished by both the lack of information as well as seemingly misinformation in this space.
I have made many changes towards a healthier lifestyle that have paid dividends in a short timeframe. It is now my passion and mission to share the knowledge I have and will continue to learn with every woman I meet to help guide them to take control of their own health.
Personal Life
I am lucky to be married to my best friend, Brian. In July 2024 we celebrated our 18th wedding anniversary. Together we have four seriously amazing children: Taytum, Brynn, Brody and Griffin. They are the light of my life. We currently call Nolensville TN home but are both born and raised in the great state of Nebraska - GO BIG RED!

Your journey doesn’t end once the plan is in place. I’ll be with you every step of the way, providing ongoing support, regular check-ins, and adjustments as needed. We’ll track progress together, celebrating your successes and overcoming any challenges that arise. I’m here to ensure you stay motivated and on track, no matter what life throws your way.
