  • We’ll start with a comprehensive assessment to get a clear picture of where you are now and where you want to be.  This will include a detailed questionnaire and a one-on-one consultation (in person or remotely). Understanding your unique situation is the first step in creating a plan that truly works for you.

  • Based on our assessment, I’ll create a personalized wellness plan that addresses all four pillars- nutrition, fitness, sleep and stress management. Your plan will be designed to meet your specific goals, whether that’s improving your health, managing stress, or transforming your body.  And don’t worry- your plan will be flexible and adaptable as we go.

  • Your journey doesn’t end once the plan is in place.  I’ll be with you every step of the way, providing ongoing support, regular check-ins, and adjustments as needed. We’ll track progress together, celebrating your successes and overcoming any challenges that arise.  I’m here to ensure you stay motivated and on track, no matter what life throws your way.
